For generations, menopause was whispered about, joked about, or
ignored altogether. That’s changing fast.

Today’s women are talking about more than hot flashes and brain
fog. They’re demanding smarter, science-based solutions that
truly help and taking action to improve the process.

Fitness and wellness brands are listening. Peloton, for example,
recently partnered with Respin Health to study how targeted
exercise programs can ease menopause symptoms and improve quality
of life. Other companies are creating strength and mobility plans
to support hormonal balance and energy.

The global menopause market is booming, from about $18 billion
now to $24 billion by 2030. It’s being driven by better
information, new products, and a growing demand from women that
they want to be empowered, not coddled. Supplements, wearable
tech, and supportive fitness communities like Alloy are helping.

At Alloy, we know that strength training, mobility, and recovery
can make a big difference through this transition and after.
We’re talking about building muscle, strengthening bones,
improving balance, and sharpening focus. They also help manage
symptoms, stabilize mood, and boost general wellbeing.

Too many people still don’t know about this connection, and we
are always happy to share information about it, to show you how
to take the right, safe, effective action.

Menopause isn’t the end of vitality. It’s a new chapter, and we
are here to help women thrive, not just get through it.

3 Fitness FAQs, 1 Answer: NO!

We like to share some of the questions we’re often asked, and
today we’re offering a triple play – three questions with the
same answer.

Q1: Am I too old to gain muscle?

A: NO! Muscle responds to strength training at any age, which is
great because we lose it starting in our 30s if we don’t practice
resistance training. You’ve heard of “Use it or lose it,” right?

Q2: Isn’t it dangerous to lift weights?

A: NO! We show you safe, effective, and fun workouts that deliver
results specifically for you and your personal goals. What’s
really dangerous? Staying home and sitting on the couch all the
time!

Q3: Won’t I have to devote all my free time to the gym?

A: NO!
We just ask you to join us for 2-3 sessions a week, each one
about an hour. Plus, move your body throughout the week by
walking the dog, enjoying sports and hobbies, etc.
